Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Austell, GA
• Douglasville, GA
• Villa Rica, GA
• Perform the full nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in bedside reporting, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education
• Provide culturally competent care tailored to patient population needs
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives
• Participate in shared governance and professional practice activities
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nurses, staff, and students as needed
• Promote and apply evidence-based practice and nursing research
• Assist in development and adherence to clinical protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and ethical standards
• Utilize human and material resources efficiently
• Support continuity of care across the care continuum
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and professional manner
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic computer/technology use
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
